There are three heat settings:
Low: 35-40°C
Medium: 44-50°C

If multiple mats are turned on simultaneously will they trip the electrics?
Our Heated Anti-Fatigue Mats draw only ~1.37 Amps, which is significantly lower than other Portable Heaters (typically circa ~8 Amps). This significantly reduces the risk of tripping electrics, even when dozens or hundreds of units are turned on and used simultaneously.
What safety tests have been done on your heating technology?
Safety is a priority and our Heated Anti-Fatigue Mats have been successfully tried, tested and approved.

WarmTronics is fully accredited by TÜV Rheinland.
We have completed Safety, EMC, and RoHS testing in both UK and European laboratories to ensure full compliance with standards.
Energy Efficiency – Power Consumption
The WarmTronics Gen3 consumes just 206 Watts/h and runs at 1 Amp.
This has been independently verified by Exeter University (research paper available on request).
Safety – Electrocution Hazard
WarmTronics operates at low voltage (48V), well below the HSE recommended maximum of 110V for electrical equipment.
Safety – Fire Hazard
With no exposed electrical heating elements and a maximum regulated temperature of 60 °C, WarmTronics greatly reduces fire risk compared to traditional fan or radiant heaters, which operate between 400 °C and 1500 °C.
Safety – Trip Hazard
At just 25mm high, the WarmTronics Gen3 is not considered a trip hazard under HSE guidelines.
Is your product designed and made in the UK?
Yes, our Heated Anti-fatigue Mat product is designed and made in the UK.
WarmTronics originally developed the flagship product in Leeds, with support from product and electronics design teams in North and East Yorkshire.
We now manufacture 1000’s of units each year in Southampton. Keeping production in the UK gives us full control over quality, lead times, and the premium standard our customers expect.
Is professional installation required?
No. The Heated Anti-Fatigue Mat is a “Plug n’ Play” portable solution that requires no professional installation. Users can easily set it up and begin using it immediately.
